Power Automate Automation Agency
Power Automate Workflows for Teams Already in Microsoft
Power Automate is included in your Microsoft 365 plan. It's just confusing enough that most businesses never touch it. We handle the build so your stack finally works together.
Your Microsoft Stack, Finally Working Together
Power Automate connects natively to every Microsoft product. No third party middleware, no API keys to manage. We build flows that move data between Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Dynamics 365 automatically, with approval chains, notifications, and error handling built in.
Audit your Microsoft 365 environment
We review your current Microsoft stack, licences, and how your team actually uses Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel day to day. We identify every manual process that Power Automate can replace and calculate the hours your team will recover each week.
Build flows inside your Microsoft tenant
Every flow is built directly in your environment using standard connectors. Approval chains, document routing, email automations, Teams notifications. All connected natively. No external tools and no additional subscriptions unless premium connectors are genuinely needed.
Test, deploy, and train your team
Flows are tested against real business data inside your tenant. We monitor for 30 days and fix anything that surfaces. Your team gets hands on training so they can manage the flows themselves, not just watch them run.
Fifteen hours a week. That’s what we were losing to copying data between our CRM and our accounting software. Koray built an automation, and it dropped to zero.
Two hours a day, every day, moving data between our practice management system and Xero. Koray fixed it in a week.
It just runs. I keep waiting for it to break, and it doesn’t.
I was sceptical. Construction isn’t exactly a software industry but we were losing quotes because we weren’t following up fast enough
Koray set the whole thing up, walked us through it, and then it just worked.
Every enquiry gets a response in minutes and lands in the right pipeline automatically.
Tax season used to mean late nights moving client data between systems. This year, we didn’t do any of that.
DIY vs. IT Consultant vs. Invulnerable
Power Automate is included in your Microsoft plan. Getting it to actually work is the hard part.

IT consultants keep your network running. We make your Microsoft stack do the repetitive work your team should not be doing by hand.
Is Power Automate really free with my Microsoft 365 plan?
Most Business Basic, Business Standard, and E series plans include Power Automate for cloud flows using standard connectors. Premium connectors like SQL Server, Dynamics 365, or AI Builder require a Power Automate Premium licence at $15 per user per month. We check your plan during the audit and tell you exactly what is covered.
What is the difference between standard and premium connectors?
Standard connectors cover Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, and most Microsoft services at no extra cost. Premium connectors cover external databases, Dynamics 365, AI features, and desktop automation (RPA). Most small business automations run entirely on standard connectors.
Why do my flows keep breaking without warning?
Power Automate flows can fail silently, especially SharePoint triggers. We configure proper error handling and notification alerts on every flow so your team knows the moment something stops working, rather than discovering it days later.
Can Power Automate connect to apps outside Microsoft?
It has 1,000+ connectors including Salesforce, Mailchimp, Xero, and most popular SaaS tools. Its strongest advantage is native Microsoft integration though. For heavy non Microsoft automation, we may recommend combining Power Automate with another platform.
What about desktop automation and RPA?
Power Automate includes desktop flows for automating legacy applications that do not have APIs. If your business still relies on desktop software for data entry or processing, we can build attended or unattended RPA flows. Unattended bots run at $150 per bot per month under the Process licence.
How is this different from hiring our IT company to do it?
Most IT consultants focus on infrastructure: networking, security, device management. We focus on workflow automation. We build the actual flows, test them against your data, and train your team to manage them. The output is a working system, not a recommendation.
What happens after the 30 day support period?
You own every flow inside your Microsoft tenant. Your team has documentation and training. If you want ongoing maintenance or new flows built later, we offer retainer plans. But there is no obligation. Everything keeps running without us.
