OpenClaw Automation Agency
OpenClaw Is the Most Powerful AI Agent Available. It's Also the Most Exposed.
OpenClaw has 247,000 GitHub stars and 300,000+ active users, but most of the exposed instances are vulnerable. We deploy and maintain it properly so you get an AI employee without the security risk.
Deployed Right, Locked Down, and Maintained by Specialists
OpenClaw is open source, MIT licensed, and bring your own API key. The platform itself is extraordinary. The problem is everything around it: security hardening, channel routing, skill vetting, server configuration, and ongoing monitoring. We handle all of it.
We audit your operations and design your agent
We identify the tasks where an AI agent adds genuine value. Customer support triage, email management, document processing, conversational access to your business systems, onboarding workflows. The output is a clear spec covering what the agent does, which channels it operates in, and what it can and cannot access.
We build, harden, and deploy on your infrastructure
Your OpenClaw instance runs locally on hardware you control, typically a Mac Mini. We configure channel routing (WhatsApp, Slack, email, SMS), install only vetted skills, set up the heartbeat scheduler for background tasks, and apply security hardening at every layer. No exposed ports. No unvetted community code. No default credentials left in place.
We monitor, refine, and keep it secure
Agents go live in your chosen channels and workflows. We monitor performance for 30 days, tracking accuracy, resolution rates, escalation patterns, and edge cases. We also monitor for security advisories affecting OpenClaw or any installed skills and patch proactively. Your agent gets better over time, and stays protected while it does.
Fifteen hours a week. That’s what we were losing to copying data between our CRM and our accounting software. Koray built an automation, and it dropped to zero.
Two hours a day, every day, moving data between our practice management system and Xero. Koray fixed it in a week.
It just runs. I keep waiting for it to break, and it doesn’t.
I was sceptical. Construction isn’t exactly a software industry but we were losing quotes because we weren’t following up fast enough
Koray set the whole thing up, walked us through it, and then it just worked.
Every enquiry gets a response in minutes and lands in the right pipeline automatically.
Tax season used to mean late nights moving client data between systems. This year, we didn’t do any of that.
DIY Setup vs. Managed SaaS vs. Invulnerable
Three ways to run OpenClaw. Only one keeps you secure and supported.

OpenClaw gives you a capable AI employee. We make sure it doesn't also give the internet access to your business.
What can OpenClaw actually do for my business?
OpenClaw agents handle customer support triage (resolving 60 to 80% of enquiries without a human), email management, document processing, Shopify automation, CRM updates, scheduling, onboarding workflows, and more. The agent connects through WhatsApp, Slack, email, or any messaging platform your team already uses, and it takes real actions across your tools.
Why is security such a big deal with OpenClaw?
OpenClaw runs on your local machine and can execute shell commands, access files, send emails, and browse the web. If it's misconfigured, those capabilities are exposed to anyone who finds your instance. Security researchers found over 42,000 exposed instances in a single scan. The platform is powerful specifically because it has deep access, which is the same reason it needs proper hardening.
Can I set up OpenClaw myself?
The software is free and open source. In practice, most non technical users spend three or more hours on setup and still end up with a partially working configuration. The YAML config files, API key management, channel routing, skill installation, and server hardening require comfort with the command line. If you have a dev on staff, it's doable. If you don't, that's where we come in.
How do you vet the skills you install?
ClawHub has over 5,700 community built skills, but 36% of them contain security flaws and 341 have been confirmed malicious. We review every skill before installation, checking for data exfiltration, excessive permissions, and code quality. If a skill doesn't pass review, we build a custom alternative that does the same job safely.
Is my data safe with OpenClaw?
Your OpenClaw instance runs on hardware you control. Your data stays on your machine. We configure the agent to follow least privilege access principles, and we comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Nothing is sent to third parties or used to train external models. The AI itself is powered by Claude from Anthropic, and API calls to Claude are covered by their data retention policies.
What does the heartbeat scheduler do?
The heartbeat scheduler wakes your agent at set intervals to run tasks without anyone prompting it. Think of it as a background worker that checks your inbox, processes new orders, reviews open tickets, or runs any recurring task you define. It means the agent works around the clock, not just when someone sends it a message.
Are there other agencies in Australia offering this?
As of early 2026, we're the only Australian agency specialising in managed OpenClaw deployments. There are a handful of providers globally (mostly in the US and Middle East), but none with local support, local infrastructure knowledge, or compliance with Australian privacy requirements.
