Build your workflows in n8n
Every workflow is built on the n8n canvas using native nodes where possible and the HTTP Request or Code node where needed. We connect your CRM, accounting tools, email, databases, and anything else with an API. Error handling, webhook triggers, and sub workflows are all standard.
Deploy, monitor, and hand over
We deploy to your chosen environment with queue mode for high volume workloads, configure health monitoring and automated backups, and monitor for 30 days. Your team gets documentation and training to manage and extend workflows independently.

DIY self hosting gives you control but costs you weeks of engineering time. n8n Cloud is easy but your data leaves Australia and you pay per execution. We give you both: full control and none of the overhead.
Do I need a developer on staff to use n8n?
For day to day use, n8n's visual interface is similar to Make. Your team can monitor workflows and make minor adjustments without code. For custom nodes or advanced logic, you would either call us or use an in house developer.
How much does self hosting actually cost?
A cloud VM runs $10 to $50 per month depending on your workload. The n8n Community Edition is free with unlimited workflows and executions. Compare that to Zapier or Make where a 10 step workflow running once counts as 10 tasks. On n8n, that same run counts as one execution.
Can n8n connect to the same apps as Zapier?
n8n has 400+ native integrations. Any app with an API can be connected through the HTTP Request node. The connector library is smaller than Zapier's 7,000+, but the ability to write custom code means there is no hard limit on what you can connect.
Can you migrate our existing Zapier or Make workflows to n8n?
That is one of the most common projects we run. We audit your existing workflows, rebuild them in n8n with proper error handling, and deploy the whole stack to your infrastructure. Most migrations complete within two to three weeks.
What about data sovereignty and compliance?
Self hosting means your data never leaves your servers. For Australian businesses in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or legal, this is often the deciding factor. Your workflows, credentials, and customer data all stay in Australia on infrastructure you control.
What about updates and security patches?
We configure automated update pipelines or include updates in your maintenance plan. n8n releases updates regularly, and the open source community actively patches security issues. You are never stuck on an outdated version.
Who owns the workflows if we stop working together?
You do. Everything runs on your infrastructure. Your workflows, credentials, and data stay exactly where they are. There is no export process and no data held on our side.
